323 Youth is a Non-Profit NFL Flag Football Youth Sports Organization. 323 Youth’s name refers to Col: 3:23 “Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for man.” 323 Youth’s Mission is to provide a positive Christian environment for the development of young athletes in Central Texas. 323 Youth’s Vision is to help every young athlete grow their faith in God while developing their athletic ability through our community of Christian coaches and teammates. 323 Youth also has 6 Core Values: Faith, Integrity, Encouragement, Leadership, Development, and Sportsmanship.
323 Youth’s inaugural season was spring 2021. 323 Youth began with 187 players. They have continued to grow every season with their last season reaching 277 players. 323 Youth currently runs a spring and fall recreational league as well as a select tournament team for 10u and 12u called Disciples. The recreational league plays games in West Temple at Freedom Park. The Disciples tournament team plays a yearly tournament inside the AT&T stadium. The goal is to give these kids the opportunity and experience of playing against top level competition and playing in such an exciting atmosphere as AT&T stadium.
As 323 Youth continues to grow, the hope is to create a Temple and Belton recreational league. They also are looking to expand the tournament team to more youth divisions. 323 Youth believes they will continue to grow at a pace that God has set for them.
